About us

• Lizbis Care Home provides General Nursing Care and Dementia Care to over 19 residents
• You will be involved in planning and facilitating stimulating activities, promoting independence and choice to meet resident’s needs
• Duties will include liaising with residents, relatives and staff regarding providing individual requirements to enhance the lives of our residents

About you

• Great communicator with ability to motivate and engage people
• Creative flair with a range of practical skills e.g. arts and crafts
• Warm, friendly and committed
• Experience in a Care Home setting is desirable but not essential
